Messages are stored on this server and read by the person who runs it. Please include enough detail to reproduce a problem — the link you tried, what you expected, and what happened instead.

Before you write

  • A download that fails on one site usually means that site changed something. Telling us which site helps.
  • We cannot recover a file after it has expired — files are deleted 30 minutes after they are prepared.
  • We cannot make MediaFetches reach content behind a sign-in, and we will not try.

So we can reply. It is not used for anything else.
