MediaFetches does not host a catalog of videos, audio, or other copyrighted works. It processes a public URL submitted by a visitor and creates a short-lived result for that visitor to collect.

Use the service lawfully

Only submit media you own, media you are authorized to save, or media whose licence and the source platform's terms permit the requested use. Do not use MediaFetches to copy, publish, sell, or redistribute someone else's work without permission. We do not remove DRM, defeat paywalls, sign in to private accounts, or bypass access controls.

Report an alleged infringement

If you believe a link or an article connected with this installation infringes your rights, send a notice through our contact form. Include:

• your name and a reliable reply address;
• a description of the work you own or represent;
• the URL you believe is involved and why it is infringing;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and
• a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to make the request.

We will review complete notices, may ask for clarification, and may restrict access to a submitted URL or remove an affected blog asset where appropriate. A takedown notice cannot require us to remove a source-hosted file that we do not store.

Counter-notices

If your own content was restricted by mistake, use the same contact route to explain the error and provide evidence of your authorization. Do not send confidential identity documents or passwords through the form.
